    The name Leona Collectiva means “Lioness Collective” in Latin. It wasn’t chosen for aesthetics — it was chosen with intention.

I don’t just consult — I build. I specialize in implementation and operations, turning organizational chaos into systems that scale. I’ve worked across SaaS, healthcare, logistics, and more: I get into the weeds of how businesses run, find what’s broken, and help build the right foundation for you.

My background spans systems integration, change management, and cross-functional implementation. I’ve been in the rooms where new technology gets rolled out and watched it fail. Not because the tool was wrong, but because the people, processes, and adoption strategy weren’t ready. That’s the gap Leona closes.
